It was a modern and beautiful hotel in a lovely area, next to other pubs or villages, and great restaurant and beer garden. I truly enjoyed that the food for breakfast was exceptional. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was first-class. The facilities were excellent and easy to use. The location was great and beautiful as for me.

Our new favourite place to stay in Burnley. Absolutely perfect location in a great pub, satisfactory breakfast. And short walk to other pubs or villages, great restaurant and beer garden with lovely views, and the cafe. Tea and coffee making equipment, a multi-channel television, and a study table in the room and the comfortable bed. Attentive and decent staff in the whole hotel.
